RK Accountancy hires Lynne Hardman

Leading accountancy and finance recruiter RK Accountancy has today appointed ex-Badenoch & Clark managing director, Lynne Hardman.

Hardman joins RK Accountancy as MD. Before her career with MPS and Adecco, Badenoch & Clark’s owners, Hardman spent 12 years as a director at Hays where she oversaw finance and professional service operations.

Ross Eades, chief executive of Kellan Group, RK Accountancy’s parent company, said: “We are delighted that Lynne has joined us. She brings with her an impressive wealth of finance recruitment experience and a track record of success; she will be instrumental to the growth and success plans we have for the RK Accountancy business.”

Hardman commented on her appointment, saying: “The opportunity to join and shape a people-led business like RK Accountancy was too good to miss. There is a real opportunity here for us to create something very special.”

She went on to say: “Because the business is built on offering a genuinely specialist and differentiated service that requires expert knowledge, focus and a personal touch, the prospects for people both within the business and those hoping to join are vast.”

A statement from RK Accountancy said that Hardman’s appointment was the start of a new chapter in a new phase of transformation and growth. The business has achieved “significant strength and brand reputation” in the North of England and “will now leverage this expertise to expand across London and the South East, followed by other key UK locations by kickstarting a recruitment drive”.
