ReThink Recruitment (ReThink), part of technology staffing specialist The ReThink Group, has launched a new division targeting senior executives earning between £60k and £150k and interim managers

ReThink Recruitment (ReThink), part of technology staffing specialist The ReThink Group, has launched a new division targeting senior executives earning between £60k and £150k and interim managers above £600 per day.

Mark Geraghty, previously a director at Engage People Solutions and managing director at Nationwide Resourcing Group, will lead the new division from its Manchester head office.

The division will recruit senior-level business and technology staff on a permanent or interim basis for all sectors, including financial services, management consultancy and retail initially in the UK and internationally in future.

Michael Bennett, director at ReThink, says: “Our new executive search division has been created in response to increasing demand from our clients for candidates at the more senior end of the market. That demand is so high that it now makes sense for us to have a dedicated division focusing on providing clients with that service.

“We are delighted to welcome Mark and the new team to ReThink. They bring a wealth of experience across a number of fields within executive search. We are looking at 2011 as a year of expansion and Mark’s track record in building up profitable teams and revenues is perfect for us.”
