Retail and consumer specialist headhunters, Lann Consulting has announced the launch of its new website www.lann.co.uk.

The website not only acts as an online brochure for Lann Consulting but also provides a resource for HR professionals with information on topics such as talent management and how to handle counter-offers.

Steven Murdoch, managing director of Lann Consulting, says: "The website is a much better representation of how we see Lann. Hopefully people will find the ‘Your business' and ‘Your career' sections of benefit to them.”

Lann have published the first in a series of interviews with talent experts from within the retail industry. TALKabout is a format for discussion on subjects which matter to the talent professionals of the retail and consumer industries. This first publication, which can be found in the ‘Your business’ section of the new website, is an interview with Robin Lewis, HR Director, New Look regarding his thought’s, experience and advice on employer branding.

The series, which will appear on the website over the next three months, includes conversations about employer branding with Liz Jewitt-Cross, HR director at Mosaic Fashions; Ben Bengougan, HR director of DSGi and Maria Stanford, HR director at Selfridges.
