Doncaster-based Edwards & Pearce has completed a restructuring of its specialist recruitment consultancy divisions.

The company now has eight distinct specialist divisions: accountancy & finance, engineering & production, executive selection, food sector, HR, office support, sales & marketing, and supply chain & procurement.

Managing director Alyn Pearce says: “Our old divisional structure had quite simply just run its course. Our clients are increasingly giving us more and more specialised roles which require a more specialised approach from consultants who possess an in-depth knowledge of their candidates, their specialist markets and the specific factors affecting their chosen recruitment field.

“We have been very active and successful in recruiting in all of the areas covered by the new divisions for a number of years, and the restructuring exercise both reflects this and offers increased expertise to both clients and candidates.”
