Specialist rail, engineering and construction recruiter Resourcing Solutions has restructured its business development team with the appointment of Richard Lawrance as chief executive officer.

Lawrance, the, founder of the business, will now focus on talent acquisition and sales team development.

Roman Motyczak takes the role of managing director, overseeing business strategy.

Meanwhile, the firm has also launched a new data centre recruitment division led by Ian Clark. Clark moves from Meridian Business Support where he was an account manager.
