Rail, engineering construction and transport infrastructure recruiter Resourcing Solutions is to launch Resourcing International.

The firm will act as an advisory consultancy in talent management strategy, developing strategic policies in skills gap identification, analysis, talent management including employment brand, candidate attraction programmes, onboarding and retention.

Meanwhile, Resourcing Solutions is planning to open a new office in Qatar early next year, followed by expansion into Australia, South America, India and Singapore.
