Resignation from Vedior board_2

Responsibility for Southern Europe shared among senior executives

Philippe Salle has resigned from Vedior’s Board of Management and will be leaving the group on 30 April.

Salle joined the company in 1999 as chief executive of Expectra in France. He became chief executive of Groupe Vedior France in 2002 and was elected to the Board of Management in 2003. In 2006 he was made responsible for the businesses in Italy, Spain and Switzerland.

François Baharel will replace him as chief executive of France. Responsibilities for Southern Europe will be shared among other senior executives of the Group.
