Welfare to work recruiter Reed in Partnership has been chosen by the Australian government to deliver welfare to work services in three contact areas across the country.

From July, the firm will help the long-term unemployed, single parents and the indigenous population into sustainable work, dealing with areas such as lack of confidence, childcare issues and skills.

Chris Melvin, chief executive of Reed in Partnership, says: “We are delighted to be the given the opportunity to take our UK experience into the Australian market. I am confident that with our understanding of the needs of employers and our personalised approach to supporting customers we will help a significant number of people move into sustainable employment.”
