Online recruitment agency RecruitmentRevolution.com has completed the successful beta testing of its automated candidate feedback system.

Operations director, Anna Taylor, says: “Back in April we launched our Beta Candidate Feedback service enabling the applicant to get a ‘real-time’ application update, and to date the new service has received nearly 8,000 requests.

“Part of the system also offers advice to those whose CVs don’t make it through our auditing process, enabling them to revaluate their initial covering letter and CV to see if they can enhance their application for resubmission.

“We are in a privileged position representing over 900 companies meaning we want to ensure that we are doing all we can to ensure that the candidate experience is a positive one.”
