Hotel chain Travelodge has launched speed recruiting in a drive to take on new managers.

Travelodge has swapped traditional time-consuming interviews for three-minute question-and-answer sessions.

Resourcing manager Ruth Sanders says: "We will recruit more than 1,000 new managers by 2020 and it is imperative that we continue to find new and innovative ways to recruit."
