Study finds teenagers unlikely to approach recruitment agencies

Research has found only 16% of 15 and 16-year-olds would take their CV to a recruitment agency when looking for work, compared to 42% who approach their employer directly, 22% who go to a job centre and 18% who look online.

Broadbean Technology completed the survey to highlight worrying trends in the precautions taken by adolescents online and also found 90% of participants have access to the internet at home.
