Construction recruiter Bromak has teamed up with Age Positive, a team from the Department of Works and Pensions, to promote the benefits of a mixed aged workforce.

Bromak director Martyn Makinson says: “We contacted Age Positive because it’s a campaign we really wanted to get involved in. We have employees from the age of 18 up to over 60; in fact lots of our employees are in their 50s and 60s.

“For us age can be an advantage because in construction, experience is a priority for a lot of our clients,” he adds.
