Recruitment Industry Benchmarking (RIB) has introduced its new service RIB Mentors to its members. The RIB Mentors will be an exclusive group of highly respected industry professionals.
 
Peter Lowman is the first RIB Mentor. Lowman has extensive experience in the recruitment industry having been chief executive of a major high-street brand and three specialist sector brands.

The RIB Index evaluates, compares and analyses business performance of companies operating in the recruitment industry.
Crawfurd Walker, managing director of RIB, said: “We have introduced RIB Mentors to provide further added value and customer service to our members. As part of their membership all new members are now able to review their early RIB reports with their own RIB Mentor. This will help them identify how the reports highlight areas for enhancing profitability and shareholder value in their business.”
