Four Capita Education Resourcing consultants havbeen presented with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation’s Certificate in Recruitment Practice (CERT RP).

The successful consultants were Jodie Stevens and Sally Portis from Capita’s Greenwich office, Dan Warren from the Manchester office and Sascha Osborn from Sheffield.

Ross Elsdon, training manager at Capita Education Resourcing, says: “Our aim is to raise the standards of recruitment in training and practice. We also want our staff to have the opportunity to develop their skills and understanding - to be the best consultants in recruitment. The award of the CERT RP shows great commitment by the consultants to both Capita and the industry.”

Earlier this year Capita Education Resourcing achieved accreditation from the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) to train consultants. This enabled them to gain a certificate in recruitment practice (CERT RP).
