Alexander Mann Solutions has been selected as the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) partner for Deutsche Bank in Australia and New Zealand.

The two year agreement will see the global RPO firm focusing on innovative sourcing strategies for permanent and experienced hires, and the contingent workforce. Implementation will start immediately, and operations will be fully rolled out by August.

“Deutsche Bank was looking for a partner that could transform its recruitment and internal mobility processes,” says Matthew Rodger, chief operating officer for Alexander Mann Solutions in Asia Pacific. “Alexander Mann Solutions’ ability to grow and adapt to the changing demands of Deutsche Bank’s business was a critical factor in securing this contract.”

Rodger says the deal is a further indication that organisations in Australia and New Zealand are looking to providers that can take their recruitment into the next generation, optimising the sourcing, processing and management of talent.
