ATA Group announced the appointment of Andy Pendlebury as chief executive from 1 October 2007.

Pendlebury joined ATA Group as a non-executive director in June of this year after working for British Aerospace, Wynnwith Engineering and GKN.

ATA also announced that from 1 October, Andrew Bailey, group managing director, will change his role to chief operating officer.
