Randstad, the world’s third largest recruitment and HR provider has selected Kenexa to provide an assessment package for its candidates in the UK.

The software, Prove It! includes over 800 assessments for clerical, software, call centre, behavioural, financial, healthcare, industrial and technical jobs.

Nicola Hutchings, implementation manager at Randstad, says: “We previously had an assessment package that wasn’t performing very well on our network. Prove It! is easy to use, intuitive and the range of tests extensive. Our field based trials concluded that with Prove It! we didn’t have a problem with our network so it made sense to switch.”
