Continentally-focused recruitment company Omega Resource Group is to open a training school in the Polish city of Katowice later this month.
The facility is to help educate Polish workers in British culture and customs before they enter the UK.
Omega's specialisms include supplying technicians into the oil and aerospace sectors and they are increasingly looking to the continent to help redress technical skills shortages within key parts of British industry.
James Strickland, group sales director, told Recruiter: "It's not just a British market any more — it's very much pan-European."
