The team at pharmaceutical, chemical, energy and oil and gas recruiter Kinetic Technical, has carried out a management buyout of the firm for an undisclosed sum.

The company has been bought from parent company Kinetic, in a deal funded by the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Neil McCarthy, managing director of Kinetic Technical who led the buyout,  said: “Demand for skilled workers in the energy production markets remains strong and we are keen to expand our presence in all sectors.”
