Harvey Nash announces resolutions of annual general meeting

IT recruiter Harvey Nash Group has announced the resolutions of its annual general meeting.

Following a vote, the director’s remuneration report was passed, while shareholders will be given a final dividend of 1.1p per ordinary share.

The services of Richard Ashcroft, Simon Wassall, Albert Ellis, Gus Moore and Ian Kirkpatrick were all retained as directors, as well as PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditors to the company.
