The Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) will look to its members for constant feedback on ‘practical tools’ once AWR is implemented this autumn.

The REC launched its ‘Your AWR Advisor’ toolkit on Tuesday (26 July) in London.

The toolkit was developed by Lynne Garcia (marketing executive), Linda Berrigan (in charge of design and management of AWR microsite), the REC legal team, policy team and Carol Scott (head of corporate membership).

Scott gave Recruiter editor DeeDee Doke a step-by-step explanation of how the toolkit works and the key difficulties for recruiters that it hopes to address.
