The Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) has e-mailed its corporate membership to remind them of their responsibilities under the law and the REC Code of Practice of placing staff during industrial action.

The warning follows the GMB’s announcement of strike action at Asda’s distribution depots.

Meanwhile the GMB says it will be filming outside Asda depots to gain evidence of any agencies breaking the strike.
