Property recruiter Prime People said net fee income for the year to March was £10.8m, up from £8.8m a year earlier.

The company, the biggest part of which is Macdonald & Company Group, said its Dubai and Hong Kong offices, established in the first half of the year, are “accessing areas of particularly high economic growth”.

Prime said pre-tax profit would be around £2m, up 14%. It will announce its results on 7 June.
