Employment screening solutions provider HireRight has announced that Powerchex and Kroll Background Worldwide have come together under the HireRight brand.

The move is a result of last year’s acquisition of both entities by HireRight and HireRight’s parent company, Altegrity.

Powerchex changes its name to HireRight Powerchex and Kroll Background Worldwide becomes HireRight.

The united firm has now expanded its reach to more than 200 countries and territories worldwide and has more than 1,500 employees distributed across offices in key global regions.
