Recruitment agency reinforces the importance of customer service
Solihull-based Plum Personnel has been celebrating National Customer Service Week to reinforce the importance of customer service throughout its company.
Director Julie Whitehouse says: “It’s been a fantastic week and a great opportunity for us to reinforce our promise to work to the highest standards. That’s why we carried out a Satisfaction Survey for candidates registering with Plum Personnel. We’re only too aware of how important service is and we want to find out how we can do even better!”
The week was organised by the Institute of Customer Service to celebrate Customer Service Professionalism.
