Midlands-based recruitment agency Pertemps has won the Coutts 2005 Prize for Best Family Business, it came out on top in the £50m+ turnover category.

Chairman Tim Watts said: “Being a family business means we are passionate about the direction and culture of the business. The company, which is expected to have a turnover of £240 million this year, employs nearly 1,000 permanent staff and payroll in excess of 20,000 flexible workers per week.
