RPO provider hyphen has appointed Andrew Porter as account director. Porter joins from Accenture and will be responsible for hyphen’s Virgin Media account.

Frazer Jones, specialist HR recruitment division of The SR Group, has strengthened its team with a number appointments in its London office. James Baker joins from Hays HR as associate director, while Steve Marshall has been recruited as director at Frazer Jones Reward.

Life science interim recruitment specialist PiR Interims has promoted Sally Hope to managing director. Meanwhile, Carolyn Douthwaite moves into the executive chair role.

IT recruiter Outsource UK has appointed Andrea Williams as sales director. Williams was previously managing director of an Australian-listed recruitment business in Hong Kong, and has experience working within Australia and Asia, as well as the UK.

Engineering recruiter Roevin Engineering has appointed Mark Tully as head of Roevin. Tully returns to Roevin after more than 16 years at NES, the engineering recruitment agency, most recently as managing director.
