HR consultancy Penna has launched Penna Communications which brings together the firm’s communications and marketing businesses Penna Barkers and TCS.

HR consultancy Penna has launched Penna Communications which brings together the firm’s communications and marketing businesses Penna Barkers and TCS.


Following Penna’s acquisition of Barkers and TCS last June,  the two agencies have run separately as part of the Penna Recruitment and Marketing service group.

Anne Riley is managing director of Penna Communications, while Penna Communications new leadership team also contains Andrew Soane, Mike Burgneay and Brian Cernuschi who retain their sales & marketing, client service and commercial briefs respectively.

Former managing director of Penna TCS, Tim Salmon assumes the role of delivery director, responsible for planning, creative, digital and media output.
