Pedersen & Partners buys EWK International in Russia

International executive search firm Pedersen & Partners (P&P), which has 37 international offices, has taken over the Russian operations of executive search firm EWK International.

International executive search firm Pedersen & Partners (P&P), which has 37 international offices, has taken over the Russian operations of executive search firm EWK International.

The combined team will now work under the P&P brand at offices in Moscow and St Petersburg.

The two founders and owners of EWK International Russia, Sergei Serdioukov and Maxim Chouvaev, now join the P&P team as partners, with Serdioukov taking on the role of country manager for Russia for the combined operations.

Gautier Vasseur, P&P partner in charge of Russia and Central Asia, says: “Thanks to the takeover of EWK International we are doubling our presence in Russia and are gaining a team known for its client focus and expertise in the Russian market.

“We are certain that our Russian and international clients will benefit from the combined wealth of experience and international reach.”
