Michael Page International has begun implementing business intelligence and performance management technology from software services firm Cognos.

The performance management technology will allow staff to gather accurate results information, to monitor performance against planned goals, to understand variances and to make investment decisions.

Kelvin Stagg, group financial controller at Michael Page, said: "As our business expands, our existing consolidation system was increasingly resource-intensive to develop.

"We decided to replace the current system with a best practice Performance Management platform."
