OPD delisting proposal passed

Recruitment services provider OPD’s proposal to cancel its admission to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange has been passed

Recruitment services provider OPD’s proposal to cancel its admission to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange has been passed following a general meeting.

OPD has therefore made a formal application for delisting. The firm says it expects that the last day for trading its shares on the London Stock Exchange will be 9 July, with the cancellation of admission at 8am on 12 July.
