Omni Resource Management Solutions is hoping to attract IT staff to join its newly launched executive recruitment franchise division.

Omni RMS managing director Robert Leggett said: “Companies have the most difficulty in recruiting at a senior level. For this reason, we’re looking for mature industry experts who we can train in innovation best recruitment practices - not recruitment specialists. This means we will have people onboard with in-depth knowledge.”

Interested parties will have to stump up £22,000, which covers training and training manuals, to join the division.
