Omni RMS looks for franchisees over 50_2

Senior industry figures sought

Omni Resource Managing Solutions, a specialist in outsourced recruitment services, is planning to recruit senior industry figures
to work as franchise partners for its new executive search and interim division.

The industry figures, who are likely to be aged over 50, will be recruited for their depth of business knowledge and trained in specialist recruitment skills to be executive headhunters.
“Our key criterion is that partners must be high achievers and have in-depth knowledge of their sector, which is why we believe the over-50s are likely to fit the bill,” said Omni managing director Robert Leggett.
“This group suffers terrible age discrimination – only 20% of the over-50s are in employment – yet it has the greatest experience of
life and work.  We believe we can capitalise on this by offering them the advantages of self-employment via a franchise.”

Each partner will be allocated an industry sector and be part of the Omni network.
The executive search and interim division will operate across the entire business spectrum, which it has divided into 116 sectors.
The new unit will be run from Omni’s headquarters in Altrincham, Cheshire.
