RBS Invoice Finance will provide Mentor IMC’s Houston office with the capital to supplement new development opportunities in the US market.

John Richards, chief executive of Mentor IMC, told Recruiter the company is hiring in the region on the back of sales success: “We are going to bring on additional staff, both from the UK and the US.

“Previously all of our international financing was drawn from the UK, but because things are going quite well in the states the funding is going to be used to cover an increase in sales,” he says, adding it would provide a platform for international growth.

In the year ended July 2008, Mentor’s revenues were approximately £28m and are forecast to have grown a further 40% by July 2009.
