Executive search firm Odgers Ray & Berndtson, part of OPD, has acquired Scottish recruitment consultancy Thomson Partners for an undisclosed sum.
Richard Boggis-Rolfe, executive chairman of Odgers, said: “Thomson Partners is one of the oldest and most highly-respected search firm in Scotland, with a very impressive reputation at senior and board levels.
“Odgers is the only major international search firm with a truly significant presence in Scotland, and this transaction is further evidence of our commitment to Scottish clients in all sectors,” he added.
Meanwhile Ian Odgers, a senior partner at Odgers Ray & Berndtson, has been honoured with the alumnus award by Cranfield School of Management. The award is based on the nominations from Cranfield students, and former winners include Andy Bond, the chief executive of Asda.
