Ochre House agrees recruitment outsourcing deal with Thomson Local

Directory firm Thomson Local has chosen outsourcing firm, Ochre House, to manage all of its permanent recruitment for the next two years.

Ochre House will take charge of sourcing around 300 hires per year, mainly into the company’s direct sales function.

Sue Brooks, director at Ochre House, said: “What we will be aiming to achieve for Thomson Local is not just the traditional end product of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) – the acquisition of great people – but also ensuring that those people are then fully engaged, effectively developed and retained by the business.

“In our view, we are now into a new generation of RPO where complete talent management is the order of the day and that’s how we deliver real value to the organisations we work with.”
