HR software and outsourcing supplier Northgate Information Solutions has bought Link HR Systems for £12m.

Link, which was founded in 1985, employs more than 50 staff, based mainly at its headquarters in Chester.

Link develops and markets specialist reward software to support HR professionals.

Malcolm Aldis, managing director, Northgate HR, says: “Link HR systems has an excellent set of products and services which enhances and complements the existing Northgate product set.”
