GRS Risk, the international risk search firm, has reported a 100% increase in demand for enterprise risk specialists by the fast moving consumer goods sector over the past year.
It says demand has been prompted by recent high-profile fraud and manufac- turing cases and the increasing regulatory burden for consumer brands.
Sam Duggan, senior consultant at GRS Group, told Recruiter: "Their job is to develop and implement a risk framework that supports the identification, evaluation and management of strategic and enterprise risk."
Risk managers are now on around £60k, compared to £40k in 2004.
