New start-up Denny Executive Resourcing is providing successful candidates with services to help them settle into their new companies.

The Gloucestershire-based firm is putting all successful job applicants through a business lifestyle induction course before they start work and provides them with a personal mentor for the first year of employment.

Founder Richard Denny says: “I could see the difficulty they [customers] were having finding the right price with conventional recruitment agencies. They were being charged large commission for recruiting executives, some of whom were not staying with the company very long. I decided to research why this was happening and why some people were not performing to expectations.”

The candidates will also be invited to attend two business master classes during their first year of employment.
