Talent management, human capital management technology and professional services provider Pilat HR Solutions has announced a number new investors.

Led by Haggai Alon, former adviser to the Minister of Defence of Israel and chief executive of the economic consulting firm, MAOF, the group consists of Shlomo Braun, owner and manager of SAB Investment Group, while investors include Gil Shelly, former manager of an Israeli-based hedge fund, Yisrael Efrat, Treasurer of Histadrut Labor Federation in Israel and Omri Kohl, Chairman & CEO at Kohl Group.

Alon says: “We see a huge potential in the combination of HR and technology.
