The Association of Executive Search Consultants has announced a number of newly launched searches for its member companies.

Executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates has been retained by ENGlobal to find a new chief executive.

ENGlobal provides engineering, construction, automation, land and governmental services principally to the energy sector throughout the US and internationally.

Global search firm Heidrick & Struggles has been retained by Constant Contact to lead the search for a new chief finance officer.

With more than 300,000 customers in the US, Constant Contact is a leading provider of email marketing, event marketing and online survey tools for small businesses, non-profits and member associations.

Korn/Ferry International has been selected by international insurance and financial services organisation American International Group and the US Treasury to assist in the search for additional directors for AIG’s board.

Global search firm Spencer Stuart has been selected by The University of Michigan to lead the search for a new athletics director.

The search will be led by consultant Jed Hughes, the senior partner responsible for Spencer Stuart’s sports practice. The University of Michigan is a public university in Michigan in the US and has an enrollment of over 56,000 students.
