Albemarle Interim Management, part of recruitment giant Randstad, has appointed two directors.

Chris Bernard is promoted to operations director and Gary Belchem is appointed finance director for Albemarle. His previous role was financial controller for the Vedior Commonwealth Zone, part of Randstad Holdings.

Executive headhunter Odgers, Ray & Berndtson has promoted Richard Love to managing partner of the Midlands practice.

Love will head up the team of more than 30 in the Birmingham office, as well as remaining a partner of Odgers’ energy, manufacturing and infrastructure specialist team.
