Recruitment services agency Net Natives has launched a new service that enables recruiters and job boards to recruit inside Facebook.

Recruitment services agency Net Natives has launched a new service that enables recruiters and job boards to recruit inside Facebook.

British Medical Jobs is one of the first clients to use the service, which brings jobs to members via fully functioning, multi-dimensional Facebook recruitment sites.
 
The Natives Facebook Service has three main strands:

  • strategic consultancy into social recruitment
  • a Facebook Recruitment Pages solution that tailors the Facebook Business Pages service for the recruitment sector, including the ability to register CVs and apply for vacancies
  • a Facebook advertising feature which promotes the service to Facebook members to drive candidates to jobs posted.
