NES Group is to launch international resourcing centres across the globe as the competition for overseas talent grows, its chief executive Neil Tregarthen told the Forum.
He said: "Worldwide competition for talent is growing because other countries are getting much better at marketing themselves to workers."
Learning about other countries culture and learning the language is crucial to making sure the candidate feels at home and at ease, he added.
However, he warned: "Don't do it to drive down labour costs; do it to grow your talent pool."
