Neil Wilson steps down at Badenoch & Clark

Neil Wilson has stepped down as managing director of Badenoch & Clark after 10 years in the role.

The firm, part of staffing giant Adecco, is to be split into two new divisions providing a full range of professional recruitment services to the private and public sectors.

Lynne Hardman, who was a board member and divisional managing director at Hays, has been appointed managing director of the private sector business, while Nicola Linkleter, who joined Badenoch & Clark as executive director of public sector, IT and procurement in 2006, is the new managing director of the public sector division.

Peter Searle, chief executive of Adecco Group UK & Ireland, says: “During Neil’s time at the helm of Badenoch & Clark, the brand has grown substantially to become a major force in the professional staffing field. Neil leaves behind him a strong and high performing business that is a major asset in the Adecco Group family.

“Lynne and Nicola are worthy successors and will bring renewed focus at an important stage in the development of Badenoch & Clark.”
