Monster.co.uk has announced several new website enhancements as part of its global redesign strategy.

The site’s Manage Job Postings page has been enhanced to provide one central location to view job criteria, while the new Manage Candidates tool provides easier navigation between fields, an intuitive new folder-tree design and filtering capability for organising candidates.

Key CV information now appears at the top of the page and tabs provide quick access to specific categories of information, while employers can now send text messages directly to seekers’ mobile phones regarding jobs and career-related information.
