Monster.co.uk attracts five million CVs

Jobsite Monster UK has recorded five million CVs posted on its website.

In the last year, one million accounts were opened on the Monster.co.uk website.

Julian Acquari, managing director of Monster UK and Ireland, said: “Reaching the five million user mark is a real success story for Monster and this strong growth highlights the ever increasing significance that job seekers are attaching to online recruitment services.

“As the UK economy continues to slow, employers are choosing to advertise vacancies online and job seekers are turning to the internet to upload their CVs and search for positions. The range of jobs advertised on the site and the depth in talent that Monster can provide employers is what sets the company apart.”
