Mark Dempsey, the former applicant tracking system manager for TMP, has joined graduates jobsite Milkround Online to lead its Online Applications ATS product.

As client services co-ordinator for online applications, Dempsey will work with Milkround’s in-house IT team to develop a new ATS for release next year with clients such as NHS, NHS Scotland, Allianz and Glencore.

Milkround online sales director Jenni Wollerton says: “I’m delighted to have Mark join our team. He brings with him great ATS and recruitment industry knowledge and will be vital for the development of our Online Applications proposition. Our hope for the future is to bring to market the best-in-class ATS.”
