MI6 has entered into a recruitment drive to attract more black and Asian agents.

The Guardian reports that the secret intelligence service has invited black and Asian people to meet with serving intelligence officers.

MI6’s head of recruitment, known only as John, said the service wants to do more to improve the diversity of recruits. He added that the service needed to be “more flexible, more adaptable”, after years of a “rather comfortable cold war existence”.
