Www.addedSS.com is seeking mentors for its recently launched Rent a Mentor scheme, which aims to helping owner-managers in the recruitment industry.

The scheme needs people with director-level experience of the recruitment industry to engage with one or more companies for one two-three hour meeting a month.

Peter Smith, director of AddedSS, says: “I find that people really enjoy the mentoring role. As well as getting the satisfaction of helping people help themselves our mentors are paid for their time.

“Mentors who are still in full time employment will find that it helps them with their own business issues and because being a successful mentor is a challenging role it can enhance their CV,” Smith adds.
